WHAT EXPERIENCE WOULD WE LIKE TO SEE?

A champion of HR knowledge with a PEOPLE-at-the-core mentality.

Your highest priority will be talent acquisition and to hire right the first time; followed by development and engagement to groom and retain the top talent that you will hire for Evolytics.

As a proven employee, yourself, you will grow our company, you will grow your own effectiveness and eventually your function into a department of its own.

  • 3-7 years HR experience
  • Heavy recruiting experience
  • Fast-paced work environment

  • Trusted advisor with sound judgment

Other Experience that is Helpful, but not Required:

PHR or SPHR certification is not required but is desired given that this is a solo HR position.
