Position Overview:

The Digital Marketing Analyst role provides a unique opportunity to blend digital marketing expertise with analysis and storytelling. The Digital Marketing Analyst will work directly with marketing and analytics clients to:

  • Develop marketing measurement strategies, identifying business questions and aligning KPIs to support marketing objectives
  • Provide end-to-end reporting of digital marketing performance, linking search, display, and social campaign performance to web site actions and conversions
  • Lead analysis to identify data-driven optimization opportunities in context to business questions and marketing goals
What You’ll be Doing:

As a Digital Marketing Analyst at Evolytics, you will consult with clients and manage deliverables to ensure a data-driven approach to marketing optimization:

  • Partner with clients to understand their marketing strategies and corresponding measurement needs, and guide them on how to best use their data
  • Develop KPIs to support business goals and marketing strategies, with consideration to all available measurement and marketing platform data sources
  • Build dashboards and reports to monitor performance and address client questions
  • Conduct analysis, identify key insights, and formulate data-driven recommendations for media or marketing campaign optimizations
  • Organize analysis findings into logical presentations, and present analysis findings
  • Lead client relationships, and provide cross-functional project management for related client deliverables

Consideration will be given to qualified candidates with varying levels of experience, with compensation commensurate with experience.

What experience would we like to see?
  • Skilled in interpreting marketing measurement/reporting needs
  • Able to translate data analysis into business and marketing optimization recommendations
  • Working knowledge of the fields of digital analytics and digital marketing
  • Experience working with click-stream web analytics tools such Adobe Analytics (Omniture Site Catalyst) and/or Google Analytics
  • Working knowledge of digital marketing and digital media: paid search, social, and/or display platform expertise, and experience optimizing digital campaigns
  • Experience working with Google marketing tools such as AdWords, DoubleClick, Digital Optimizer or Audience Center; or Adobe marketing tools such as Audience Manager, Campaign, Experience Manager, or Media Optimizer
  • Client-facing experience
  • Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize workflow and handle competing or changing priorities
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, or a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future
Other experience that is helpful, but not required:
  • Experience with data management platforms (DMPs)
  • SQL experience
  • Experience with Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio, or Adobe Workspace
  • Statistics experience or experience with a tool such as R or Python
  • Experience with reporting in SalesForce
